Your result for The Fan Fiction Personality Test...

The True Fan

OOC is blasphemy, canon is everything.

Once you fall in love with a movie, book or TV series, you are loyal like an old dog. You take fanfiction quite serious and use it as a substitute after the canon ran out.

You are probably a walking dictionary of your favourite fandom and you are picky about what you write and read. The closer to the "real thing" fanfiction is, the more you like it.

You rather explore a character in all depth, see new sides and learn more about them than creating new characters or mix up the situations they are in.

Take The Fan Fiction Personality Test at OkCupid

Sounds sorta right, I guess! (But no fair lumping shounen ai with mpreg and lolicon, dammit.)

EDIT: Took it again cause I had multiple answers for some questions:

I am also... )

I...guess this could also suit me? A little? But like I said before, lumping slash in with mpreg and loli is just not fair.

\MY WII IS UP AND RUNNING AT LAST. \o/ My friend came over and it turns out the red/white/yellow holes on the cable box are outputs, not inputs. The Wii either needed an extra adaptor or a VCR to work, and we happened to have a working VCR stored in Dad's closet! So yay, nothing's defective. Just had the wrong plugs in the wrong holes. XD;

The Wii controls are weird to get used to, though. But New SMB Wii is pretty fun so far!

So I've come to the conclusion that the problem is my TV. Even fiddling with the contrast/brightness I can still barely see the menu screen.

At least the set isn't defective, but...now I need either a new TV or to find a way around this with the old one.

Okay, so I DO get a very faint Language Select screen floating across the TV, one I can barely make out unless I look really hard.

I texted a friend of mine and hope he gets back to me soon, but for now...I'd rather not assume it's a defective system, I know it can easily be exchanged, but still. I have the sensor bar on top of the TV, all the cables are plugged into their proper outlets, and the TV is on channel 3. What am I doing wrong? All my other game systems work just fine, so

...fuck, maybe it IS defective. Maybe I should just give up and exchange it and this time ask the people at Best Buy to double check for me that it works properly.

Aww, Hoenn love!

I'll admit there were things about the Gen III games that bugged me, but I honestly think Emerald fixed a lot of what was wrong with R/S. At least the font anyway. Gen III doesn't deserve the hate and dismissal Pokefandom seems to give it.

Meanwhile, the Wii won't turn on. Well, it'll turn ON but it doesn't show the main screen even though everything is hooked up...except the A/C adaptor plug is empty and I should have gotten one of those, shouldn't I? D: Or is there something I've gotta synchronize...?

I. HAS. WII~~~~~ \o/ And New Super Mario Bros. I didn't mind spending extra since I wanted something familiar and don't LOVE sports games (Though I did seriously consider Pikmin).

2009 was...certainly an interesting ride. *nods* Took a trip out of the country for the first time, caught the Avatar bug (which, despite how many times the fandumb made me want to smash my head on a table, I was quite pleased to do), met some awesome new friends and got my first taste of driving!

And thanks to [info]365drabbles I'm quite pleased with how much I wrote this year.

Will probably go more into detail about this later!

DAAAAAAH THE VIDEO MAKES ME HATE THE SONG EVEN MOAR

I want to do a parody of this where the girlfriend is actually a sweetheart and likes to invite outcast girl to hang with them and the whole scenario is just outcast girl being petty and wanting an excuse to hate on the girlfriend. And at the end they both call her on it.

Didn't get a Wii, but Mom wasn't sure whether the basic system or the deluxe package was better so she's going to go shopping for one with me. I know the regular price is $200, but I'm hoping to find one a little cheaper so I can get a game, too. Or maybe a package WITH a game.
